Bank Transfer
The preferred method of payment is Electronic Bank Transfer.This can be achieved from your home PC or mobile device.
In order to use Electronic Banking or B-Pay facilities, members must apply, in advance, to their Bank for authority.
Most Banks allow downloading of the necessary Authority form from their webite.
This will allow you to electronically transfer money from your account.
You will need to supply the following information to identify the
destination of your payment:
Heritage Bank
BSB: 638070
Account name: HMCCQ
Account No: 12398012
AND it is ESSENTIAL that you identify the payment by including
your Full Name and Member Number with the transaction.
The alternative method of payment is Bank Branch Transfer
Deposit the cash amount to the credit of HMCCQ by visiting your nearest branch of Heritage Bank.
Grab a Deposit slip and complete the following fields:
For CREDIT of - HMCCQ
ACCOUNT NUMBER - 012398012S21
Cash - 48 00 (for example)
Paid in by - (your name)
Signature - (your mark)
TOTAL - 48 00 (same example)
AND it is ESSENTIAL that you identify the payment by having the Teller include your Full Name and Member Number with the transaction.
